in a hurry for sales leads?

It’s absolutely OK to ask people to do things properly. If they don’t want to then you have to ask how seriously they take their own business.

If we get a client who comes to us in a #panic about getting new leads instantly we tend to tread with caution.

The honest truth is those people who are in a hurry for leads don’t often have the patience or forethought to know that a really successful telemarketing campaign takes a little bit of time to prepare (things like proper training, getting the data up to scratch, seeing the data before we really do anything so we can assess how old it is etc).

Recently I allowed a short cut to be taken, and the proper prep process wasn’t followed and I let it slide, and then paid the price later on down the line.

I WILL NOT BE DOING THAT AGAIN. #neveragain

Running your own business, which is what all freelancers do, really has a massive impact on your sense of self – self worth, self criticism, self appreciation and trusting your gut instinct.

It’s absolutely OK to ask people to do things properly. If they don’t want to then you have to ask how seriously they take their own business.

If you have a process in place it’s probably for a bloomin good reason and you should ask that people follow it.

Really soon we’re implementing a system that takes all the guesswork away from our campaigns and if the information we need isn’t given, then the campaign won’t start. We know what makes a campaign successful, and shortcuts are not it.
